All my guns are being shipped to Alaska, but this Mosin-Nagant is the pinnacle of home defense. Just wish I had the bayonet to complete the setup!
Hey, soldiers were doing CQB with bolt-action rifles in both world wars. You can still do it today. Also, it doubles as a club.
The wooden stock with the metal plate can pack quite a punch. Even my shorter carbine has some weight to it.

The bolt comes out easily. You could use it as improvised knuckles!
And if you had the bayonet, you could use it as a spear. I have one with a bayonet, and it’s a real beast.

Not sure off the top of my head. I picked it up for $99 when I turned 18. It came with a bayonet and pouches. Those were the days.
